How it works

Pick the sports, pick the days, pick how long a session should run. DRILL composes the rest and keeps composing it, week after week.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

A plan that fits the week

Every training day gets a warmup, three or four drills weighted toward the chosen sports, a strength or plyo finisher, and a cooldown. Sports rotate rather than cluster, and no drill repeats two days running.

๐Ÿ”Š

A timer that talks

Each step is read aloud and timed on its own. Sets and rests count themselves down, with a cue and a buzz on every change, so mid-drill nobody has to be holding a phone and reading it.

๐Ÿ”ฅ

Streaks that forgive

Rest days never break a streak, and today doesn't count against you until it's over. Twelve badges, all of them actually reachable.

๐Ÿ†

Records worth beating

Best juggling streak, longest broad jump, fastest cone run. The exercises already ask kids to write these down. Now there's somewhere to put them, with the history alongside.

โฐ

A nudge, not a nag

One local reminder on each training day, at a time you choose. No push server, no account, nothing sent anywhere.

๐Ÿ“–

Instructions in plain words

Every drill is written for an 8–12 year old to follow without a coach standing over them. Read the whole library before you download anything.

Seven sports, one session

Pick as many as you like in setup and change them whenever. Sessions re-weight from the next day onward, and everything already finished stays put.

Nothing leaves the phone

DRILL has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code of any kind. It never makes a network request. Workouts, streaks and records are stored on the device and nowhere else, which means the App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected, and it is true by construction rather than by promise.

A note for parents

DRILL is a training plan, not a coach and not medical advice. Check with a parent before starting a new plan, warm up first, drink water, and stop if something hurts. The drills use bodyweight, a ball and a bit of space: no gym equipment, no weights.

The web version this grew out of is still running at trainwithdrill.com/app until the iOS app ships.
